You will provide leadership to a team of dedicated staff in order to support our mission of supporting persons served with mental health conditions, intellectual and developmental disabilities or brain injuries, and behavioral health challenges. The Program Director will ensure the success of the team efforts through leadership and oversight of clinical, financial, and administrative operations.  While the team size and setting a Program Director may supervise will vary, there is a consistent focus in all positions on empowering our staff and persons served.

With Program Director and Assistant Program Director positions available in residential, day programs, and clinical settings, we’re able to offer opportunities for leadership to staff with diverse backgrounds and career levels.
